Can I use a discount card for online purchases?

No. The discount card is available for use in-store purchases only.

Is it possible to get my order sooner?

Yes. Give us a call and we will do all that we can to get your order by the event date.

Rush orders are figured into the schedule of our current orders. So, if we can fit it in, we will do it!

Do rush orders cost more?

Rush orders come with a minimum charge of ten dollars. Feel free to call us at 877.678.6465, and we will do all we can to complete your order on time.

We have our own art; can you screen print it?

Yes. If you have your own design or imprint idea make sure to get us your original artwork and we will take it from there.

Do you have template designs to choose from?

No. The designs we make are all custom to each customer. We design around what you want. Our graphic artist will create a custom design for you free-of-charge. To get started call 1-877-678-6465 or email newemail@sungoldsports.com.

What is your return policy?

Online Store

We do not offer refunds for special order items.

In-Store Return

  • No cash refunds will be given without a receipt after 30 days of purchase.
  • No cash refunds will be given for checks written within 10 days of purchase.
  • Returns without a receipt or after 30 days will receive an in-store credit check.
  • No refunds on special order items after they are customized, including screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, heat press and awards.

What is your shipping and handling policy?

We offer standard shipping for all United States orders.

  • Merchandise will be placed after the order is received.
  • Order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
  • Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
